If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unworn and unwashed;
Original tags must remain attached;
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, the customer may choose between a refund or store credit, where applicable.
