Returns & Refunds
If you need to make a return, please read the conditions below carefully.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of order receipt.
Product Conditions
Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.
Returns will not be accepted if products are found to be:
- damaged
- stained
- missing original tags (if applicable)
- altered
- washed
- used
⚠️ All returns that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Product
If one or more products are received damaged or defective, please contact us before making a return.

Returns Naples and Province
For Naples and neighboring provinces, return arrangements can be made directly via WhatsApp by filling out the return form included in the package.

Self-Service Return
To initiate your return, you can use our dedicated self-service portal.

How the Self-Service Return Works
- Access the return portal via the dedicated link
- Enter order number and email used for purchase
- Select the products you wish to return
- Submit the return request
Once the request is submitted, our team will verify the eligibility of the return.
After approval, you will receive a UPS label via email to use for shipping the package.
The package can be dropped off at any UPS Access Point.
Return with Independent Shipping
You can also make a return using a different courier chosen independently by the customer.
In this case:
- the customer will need to independently arrange shipping
- all shipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer
- the return must comply with all conditions indicated on this page

JNSP is not responsible for any loss or damage caused during transport carried out by couriers chosen independently by the customer.
Return Costs
All shipping costs related to the return are borne by the customer.
JNSP will cover the necessary logistics costs for:
- return shipping
- collection/delivery management
- package receipt at our premises
The total cost of the return is €8.00 and will be deducted directly from the final refund amount.
⚠️ The refund will therefore be issued net of the return shipping costs incurred.
Refund
Once the return is received and verified at our premises, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used during the purchase.
Important Information
We recommend properly packaging the parcel to avoid damage during transit.
JNSP is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or for shipments made without following the indicated procedure.
